The Notary Public can certify the following facts that he personally finds:
a) the fact that a person is alive;
b) the fact that a person is in a certain place;
c) the fact that the person in the photo is the same as the person requesting the certification;
d) the fact that a person, as a result of a summons or notification, appeared or not on a certain day and at a certain time in a certain place, as well as his statement;
f) the results of raffles, draws, contests, advertising lotteries, organized by authorized entities in accordance with special normative acts, if they are not given, by law, in the competence of other bodies;
g) certification of websites, computer programs or other products, if they are not given, by law, in the competence of other bodies;
h) certification of other facts that are not given in the exclusive competence of other bodies.
The conclusion of the certification will also mention the time of the finding, as well as the fact that is being certified.
The notary public certifies, upon request, the minutes or decisions of the collegiate bodies of any associational form, by a Conclusion stating the date and place of the meeting, as well as the fact of signing the minutes or the decision by one or more of the participants.
